Online Adult Drivers Education Course in Texas
Mandatory Online Adult Driver’s Education Course in Texas for 18 to 24 year olds
Beginning in March of 2010, every adult resident in the state of Texas between the ages of 18 and 24 years is required to take a Texas Adult Driver’s Education course prior to applying for a first time license. One of the primary reasons this law has been passed is based on the huge rise that has occurred involving accidents and traffic tickets for those in this age bracket that have never taken a Texas Adult Driver’s Ed course. When compared with those that have taken a Texas Driver’s Ed class, the comparison was hugely different. It was found that the number of accidents and traffic tickets in those who had taken Texas Driver’s Education was consistently lower. Based on these findings, “Defensive Driving 24/7” now makes this important class available as an online course.

The Steps to Taking the Texas Adult Driver's Education Class
After registering for the Texas Adult Driver’s Ed class at “Defensive Driving 24/7”, students will complete nine chapters and a ten question test at the end of each chapter. To move forward, each student must pass with a 70% or better grade. Finally, after passing this portion of the test, a student must answer a 30 question final examination. While that sounds like a lot, there are three chances to pass with a 70% grade or better.
